Please ensure that the products you received upon delivery are correct and not damaged. In the event any product you received is materially different from the one you ordered, or is missing items or in any way damaged, defective, past the expiration date at the time of receipt, we will gladly replace it for you in accordance with this provision.
In cases where we delivered incorrect product to you as described above, we will gladly replace it for you and cover the shipping costs for returns and replacement after we receive the nonconforming product back from you. To request replacement, you must notify us of any of the incorrect delivery within 24 hours from the time of delivery and submit a replacement request at email@example.com.
Once you receive confirmation from us to return the product, you will be required to ship it back to the address we provide you through e-mail.
Please note that your return must meet the following requirements in order to receive the replacement product:
Product must be purchased from the online store at www.vitaminsup.com;
You have received an email confirmation from the Company approving your replacement request for incorrect delivery;
Product must be in its original packaging, not damaged and must include all original items such as leaflets etc;
Return package must include original invoice or sale receipt;
Return shipment must be securely packaged to prevent any damage to the items during shipping.
Please note that we will inspect all returned items before we ship the replacement product to you or process any refunds to your account.
Please note that for the purposes of this provision incorrect delivery does not refer to any variation in brand packaging. We reserve the right to refuse replacement or accept any returns for items that do not comply with aforementioned requirements.
The Company does not represent or warrant that the product will be replaced for an identical product of the same brand. We will make our best effort to replace the defective item to the nearest possible match that is being replaced. If we in our sole discretion decide to offer you a refund we will contact you and process the refund in accordance with our refund policy.
In the event we in our sole discretion decide to offer you a full or partial refund, such refund shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment.
The processing of refund payment may take time and may involve delays for reasons beyond our control. We do not offer any guarantees of any nature as to the time it will take for funds to reach your account. We may in our sole discretion agree to bear any costs that may be incurred in the processing of refund. We may at any time and without prior notice to you modify the mechanism of processing refunds.
